Privacy and cookies

This notice describes what this website collects, why, and what it does not do. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no profiling, and no visitor database.

Fruitless AI, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 89049535, establishment number 000054863279, at Springweg 426, 3511 VZ Utrecht, Netherlands.

What the contact form collects
The enquiry form collects your name, your organisation, your email address, a description of your context and an indication of timeline. These fields are sent directly to my inbox by email through Mailjet, the delivery provider. They are not written to any database, and this site keeps no visitor records.
The lawful basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries about my services. Providing the information is voluntary; without an email address I cannot reply.
Enquiries are kept in my mailbox for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so that I can pick up a thread that resumes. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to processing, ask for processing to be restricted, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and I will respond within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Processors and transfers
Two providers process data on my behalf: Mailjet, which delivers the enquiry email, and Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this site. Both operate under data processing terms. Where data reaches a country outside the European Economic Area it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
No data from this site is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.
